The adoption of advanced circulation technology divides the entire furnace chamber into 3,232 independent zones. This method of PCB soldering features high accuracy in the temperature profile, making it ideal for soldering components with a small space window, particularly for lead-free processes. The system features upper and lower independent heating modules, independent hot air circulation, and options for double or triple soldering zone configurations. Modular design for each temperature zone, utilizing high-temperature-resistant long-shaft hot-air motors and high-heat nickel-chromium heating wires. The system is capable of reaching a constant temperature from room temperature in less than 20 minutes, ensuring efficient and precise soldering.

 

Reliable and Smooth Transmission System

1. The symmetrical double groove guide rail is designed for high-temperature resistance without deformation and minimal heat absorption. Standard chains and mesh chains operate in synchrony for parallel transport at the same speed, with options for a dual-guide transport system or a central support system.
2. The widening mechanism adopts a three-section synchronous widening structure, with both ends equipped with a guide rail thermal expansion automatic extension device. This ensures the parallelism of the guide rail and prevents issues such as falling or jamming boards. It requires no cleaning and is easy to adjust.
3. The computer-controlled automatic lubrication system can refuel according to the transport speed and machine status, with an adjustable flow rate.
4. The automatic width adjustment system uses closed-loop PID control, which can automatically adjust to the required width based on the parameters inputted by the computer, with precision up to 0.2mm.
5. The UPS power failure protection function ensures that the PCB board can be normally output after a sudden power failure, without damage.

1. The control system is based on PLC, with an upper computer featuring a genuine Windows XP operating system and a 17-inch LCD monitor, ensuring stability and reliability.
2. The control software is robust, offering flexible process parameter control and temperature curve testing functions. The operation interface can switch between Chinese and English at any time.
3. The system adopts WOGO terminals; all critical electrical components are from renowned brands, and all signal lines are shielded.
4. The temperature module features self-tuning capabilities, cold end automatic compensation, and temperature control within ±1°C.

Cooling and Convenient Flux Recovery System
1. The forced cooling system includes two sections of forced air cooling temperature zones to meet lead-free process requirements. The cooling curve is smooth, with no sudden changes, ensuring full heat exchange and a cooling rate as high as -5°C/s.
2. The flux collection system maintains a clean furnace chamber over a long period, and the exhaust gas emission is more environmentally friendly. The nitrogen furnace can separate the gas for recycling, saving nitrogen.
3. The filterless design is very easy to clean and maintain.
