Unique advanced long life heating system
The adoption of advanced circulation technology divides the entire furnace chamber into 3,232 independent zones. This method of PCB soldering features high accuracy in the temperature profile, making it ideal for soldering components with a small space window, particularly for lead-free processes. The system features upper and lower independent heating modules, independent hot air circulation, and options for double or triple soldering zone configurations. Modular design for each temperature zone, utilizing high-temperature-resistant long-shaft hot-air motors and high-heat nickel-chromium heating wires. The system is capable of reaching a constant temperature from room temperature in less than 20 minutes, ensuring efficient and precise soldering.
Stable and Reliable Electrical Control System
1. The control system is based on PLC, with an upper computer featuring a genuine Windows XP operating system and a 17-inch LCD monitor, ensuring stability and reliability.
2. The control software is robust, offering flexible process parameter control and temperature curve testing functions. The operation interface can switch between Chinese and English at any time.
3. The system adopts WOGO terminals; all critical electrical components are from renowned brands, and all signal lines are shielded.
4. The temperature module features self-tuning capabilities, cold end automatic compensation, and temperature control within ±1°C.
Cooling and Convenient Flux Recovery System
1. The forced cooling system includes two sections of forced air cooling temperature zones to meet lead-free process requirements. The cooling curve is smooth, with no sudden changes, ensuring full heat exchange and a cooling rate as high as -5°C/s.
2. The flux collection system maintains a clean furnace chamber over a long period, and the exhaust gas emission is more environmentally friendly. The nitrogen furnace can separate the gas for recycling, saving nitrogen.
3. The filterless design is very easy to clean and maintain.
