Scraper system:
It is applicable for stencils of various sizes. An automatic stencil positioning system saves line changeover time and enhances overall efficiency.
Cleaning system:
The stencil cleaning system is automatic and effective. There are three options for cleaning: Dry cleaning, Wet cleaning, and Vacuum cleaning, which can be used individually or in combination. Manual cleaning is also an option. The cleaning unit is separated from the CCD camera, minimizing the load on the motor and impulse, improving positioning precision and speed, and extending the service life. The sprinkler system ensures even spraying from top to bottom. The software function controls the dosage of alcohol and stencil cleaning paper, effectively saving more consumables. Vacuum cleaning is supported with a dedicated fan, which is powerful and effective.
Operation Interface:
The system uses a Windows XP operation interface, which is easy to learn and offers good man-machine interaction. Programming is designed with teaching and navigation functions, providing guidance at every step. The interface supports Chinese and English.
Operating Journal/Breakdown Record/Breakdown Diagnosis:
The system records operating logs and breakdowns for diagnosis.
Image and Optical System:
The system features a uniform ring light, high brightness coaxial light, and an advanced upper/lower vision system. It offers full range light compensation and automatic, accurate recognition of all type MARK points. It is applicable for PCBs with tin plating, copper plating, gold plating, tin spraying, and FPC, in various colors, ensuring high accuracy.
Right Special Platform Calibration System:
The three axes linkage is designed with super-high dynamic characteristics, allowing for quick adjustment of the PIN jacking height for PCBs of different thicknesses.
PCB Transport & Clamping System:
The unique belt transmission system prevents PCBs from getting stuck or falling off. Programmable motors control transport speed and place the PCB in the precise position. The system allows for flexible selection of the PCB input/output direction. Flexible side clamps and a PCB support vacuum block hold the PCB tightly, ensuring full, even contact between the PCB and stencil.
