Product Description

The equipment is controlled by an industrial IPC + motion control card.  

The X, Y, and Z axes are all driven by servo motors with ball screws, achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.02 mm, and can automatically eliminate errors.  

The track features an automatic board pressing function to isolate the adhesive from contact with the transport chain.  

Equipped with a standard automatic soaking and dispersing device for the valve body, which helps prevent valve blockage and facilitates easy maintenance.  

 

The in-line track design allows for seamless integration with other equipment.  

Parameters such as the nozzle movement speed, movement spacing, and nozzle height can be set to meet the different spraying requirements of various PCBA boards.  

It is equipped with a standard precision glue valve, which can achieve efficient panel spraying and is suitable for the spraying of various difficulty process products.
